Returns

Regular price items are subject to 14 days for an exchange or store credit from the date of purchase. Items must be unworn, all tags attached, and in original condition. 

Please note that all SALE items (including promotional discounts) are a final sale and can not be returned.

Please email [email protected] to get approval for the return. 

Steps for Return Authorization:

1. Email [email protected] with the Order Number (ORD0___) and detail of what you would like to send back.

2. Once a prompt response has been received, please follow the direction on how to return.

Please note:

• The consumer must be responsible for returning the item back to Cerulean Boutique within 14 days of the delivery.
• If a return is authorized, original shipping charges will be deducted from your store credit. 

Under no circumstance will a return be accepted without authorization. 

RETURN SHIPPING

Return Shipping is at the expense and responsibility of the customer. If your return brings you below the $200 free shipping threshold, full initial shipping charges will also be deducted from your store credit.
