Cerulean Boutique has carefully selected each of the brands and manufacturers that are featured on our site. We stock many of our most popular items at our Saint Albert location.
Most in-stock items ship within 48 hours of ordering; however, some orders may take up to 72 hours to process.
Please note that items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally items may be temporarily out-of-stock or back-ordered. You will be alerted in either instance and will be provided with an approximate date of shipment. Rest assured any shipping delay will be communicated to you at the time of your order. Should any other unforeseen delay occur, you will be notified within 10 days of placing your order.

Flat rate shipping of $15 for orders under $200 to the Provinces of Canada.
We ship to the Yukon, Northwest Territories, Nunavut, and other remote regions but additional shipping fees may apply. Please contact us prior to placing an order to obtain a shipping quote. If you place an order without obtaining a shipping quote, we will contact you with shipping fees via email prior to shipping your product(s).
STANDARD SHIPPING TO UNITED STATES AND OTHER COUNTRIES
Flat rate shipping of $40 CAD to The United States of America.
Please note that all orders shipped out of Canada are a final sale.

Outside of Canada, we do not charge sales taxes, although you may be liable to import duties on some items. You are responsible for paying import duties to your country.
Please note that a photocopy of a Government-issued ID with matching proof of address may be requested before shipping out your order.
RETURN SHIPPING
Return Shipping is at the expense and responsibility of the customer. If your return brings you below the $200 free shipping threshold, full initial shipping charges will also be deducted from your store credit.
Under no circumstance will a return be accepted without authorization.
